2024 Condo Rights Bill
Ocean Beach Club One complies with the requirements of the recently passed House Bill (HB) 1021 signed by Governor DeSantis and effective July 1, 2024. It provides an explanation and location of records of the Association as well as describing how a unit owner may request and review the records as required by the new condo law.
